Characterized by dual offices in New York City and Miami, the overall goal for Hotel Labs is to drive US business to each hotel in our collection by having us “out in the field” canvassing for business and connecting our hotels to the right travel partners. As a partner hotel, we can leverage our collection and gain access to many networks you may not be able to obtain alone. We want you to feel supported by us so we are very “hands on” and here to assist and to serve as your “sounding board” to help make decisions related to your sales and marketing efforts in the US.
We will assist in securing various Agency Programs ranging from travel agents, tour operators, third party agents, destination management companies, incentive agencies and bespoke travel concierge services. Besides weekly sales calls and client visits, we also organize Fam Trips, Road Shows & Sales Blitzes throughout the year and can serve as your representative at appropriate Trade Shows and Travel Functions.
Hotel Labs provides the hotel with weekly reports on call to action in advance for the upcoming week and a monthly summary report outlining a list of services, calls and bookings made. In addition, weekly scheduled conference calls and regular office visits are vital to keep the communication flowing between our staff and the hotel and to keep both partners up to speed.
