The Experimental Group is inspired by a lifetime of friendship. Three childhood friends; Romée de Goriainoff, Pierre-Charles Cros and Olivier Bon embarked on a journey to create trendy cocktail bars in Paris followed by New York, and they quickly made a name for themselves, resulting in a small collection of super chic and vibrant boutique hotels with some of Europe’s best addresses. In all of the hotels, amazing food and cocktails are celebrated by visitors and locals alike making them a point of destination for all types of foodies and discerned travellers. Most of them feature Michelin Star rated chefs and world renowned Mixologists and Baristas. Small and intimate in size but with great personalities, the hotels offer a new kind of locale, one that is rich, cultivated, comfortable, and casual.

The Grand Pigalle Hotel & Hotel Grands Boulevards are both located in Paris, The Henrietta is located in the beloved Covent Garden in London, Experimental Chalet is in the posh town of Verbier, Switzerland, and Experimental Menorca and Il Palazzo Experimental in Venice are opening summer 2019.

Hotel des Grands Boulevards’ roof top bar is one of a kind in Paris and Experimental Chalet in Verbier is home to one of Europe’s best “After Ski” hot spots, the legendary Farm Club.
